Confirmation


By placing your order, you are confirming you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions. When your order is placed, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order.

Additionally, you are confirming you have read and agree to our Shipping Policy.


Accuracy of billing and account information


You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date purchase and account information, including email and payment details, to ensure successful transactions and communication.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including those placed under the same account, credit card, or billing/shipping address. If changes occur, we may notify you using the contact details provided at checkout. Orders suspected of being placed by resellers may be prohibited.


Payment


All currency on the website is in US Dollar. All pricing is inclusive of HST, and is subject to change without notice.

Payments are processed securely at checkout. We do not store your card details.

Once you have made a payment, we will email you an invoice. Please allow 2-3 days to receive this e-mail, check your spam folder before contacting us. If you eventually do not receive an email please contact us.


Customs & Duties


For international orders, local customs, duties, or taxes may apply. These are the buyer’s responsibility.


Delayed/Lost & Damaged Deliveries


Once shipped, delivery is handled by the postal/courier service. If your order seems delayed, let us know—we will help track it down. Lost orders will be replaced. 

If your order arrives damaged, contact us with the details and proof of damage within 3 days and it will be replaced.


Returns


All sales are final, returns will not be accepted.

All artwork and prints are for personal use only. Buying a print does not transfer artwork ownership or grant you copyright—you are not permitted to copy or reproduce the artwork.
