Confirmation
By reading these Terms & Conditions and placing your order, you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions and a binding agreement is entered into. When your order is received, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order. By agreeing to these terms, you are also agreeing to our Shipping/Delivery & Returns terms below.
Payment
Only credit cards accepted. Once you have made a payment, you will be notified via email with an invoice. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder before contacting us. Please allow 2-3 days for this e-mail to be delivered, if you do not receive an email please contact us via Email.
All currency indicated is in US Dollar unless explicitly stated otherwise. All pricing is inclusive of HST.
Shipping
International orders will be shipped with DHL (tracked insured shipping). We will handle your order as quickly as possible. Orders within Canada usually take between 2-5 days, and will be shipped with Canada Post. We are not responisble for shipping delays, damages, and lost items or any custom fees and duties that may be added to your order.
Order pick up is possible within Toronto.
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from Toronto, Canada.
Returns
All sales are final and can not be returned. Please read the item descriptions carefully before placing an order. If you have any requests about custom sizing prints or otherwise please contact us via Email.
Custom Commissions
Custom Commissions are sold ‘As Is’ and naturally there will be flaws. We reserve the rights to the copyright and all other IP and publishing, copying and selling/distributing them is prohibited unless explicitly granted and stated in writing. Upon proper documentation, we will package and ship your order.
